Every request follows the same steps, from checking your area to your own decision. Nothing is booked or paid through this website. The provider you choose, if any, handles the diagnosis, the quote, any permit and the repair itself, under their own terms.

1. Check your area

   Make sure your home is in Ripley, Gates, Henning, Halls, Covington or nearby parts of Lauderdale and Tipton counties. The service is for residential systems only.

2. Describe the problem

   Use the Estimate Request form: tell us the equipment (AC, heat pump or furnace), what it is doing and your ZIP code.

3. Your request is shared

   With your consent, the request is passed to independent local service providers who cover your area.

4. A provider contacts you

   A provider may call or email to ask questions and arrange a visit. Availability is not guaranteed.

5. Diagnosis and written quote

   The provider inspects the system and explains the repair and price. Ask for the quote in writing.

6. You decide

   You are never obliged to hire anyone. Verify license and insurance before work starts.
